OneDigital is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to oversee client implementations, ensure readiness, and manage risk across onboarding and payroll solutions. You will lead executive and system administrator stakeholders, address scope and readiness concerns, and influence project timing while maintaining client outcomes and operational stability.

• 4+ years in HCM/payroll/SaaS implementations or related client-facing roles.
• 2+ years leading complex client implementations or cross-functional projects.
• Experience with executive stakeholders and HR/payroll decision-makers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with timelines and scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation conversations with executive stakeholders.
• Schedule and lead client and team cadence calls.
• Establish and enforce client expectations and responsibilities.
• Address scope challenges and readiness concerns.
• Deliver messages regarding readiness, compliance, or changes.
• Develop mitigation plans and monitor readiness indicators.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across departments.
• Guide sales and internal teams on client requirements.
• Lead post-implementation retrospectives.
