Job summary

ADP is hiring a Project Manager II to lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of client initiatives on our RS platform. You will drive projects to meet goals within timeframes and budgets, coordinating with clients and internal teams.

In this role, you will manage multiple project phases, develop detailed plans, monitor progress, and report status to stakeholders. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree and at least three years of PM experience in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years project management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with client servicing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project phases from initiation to closure.
• Create project plans with deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Direct day-to-day client interaction and follow up.
• Ensure milestones through oversight of resources.
• Collaborate with other departments impacting the project.
• Lead stakeholder communications through project completion.
• Provide status reports and updates.
• Direct project timeliness.
• Assess, manage, and escalate risks and issues.
• Tailor processes to client needs on payroll platforms.
• Make timely decisions and handle high-complexity implementations.
