About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Implementation Project Manager to lead and manage client onboarding and integration projects. This role requires a deep understanding of EDI files requested from clients and experience working with healthcare and revenue cycle vendors. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions with client systems.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the implementation process.
- Collaborate with internal teams, partner resources, and client liaisons to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Maintain detailed project documentation within the NS system and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Identify potential implementation risks and troubleshoot to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Communicate project status updates to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
- Provide mentorship to supporting staff and contribute to best practices in project management.
Innate ability to kick start tasks, assign deliverables, ensure execution of the teams' deliverables.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Prior experience in healthcare and revenue cycle vendor environments is required.
- Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of EDI files and data exchanges within client systems.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
- Software Skills: Competence in Google Suite, MS Office, email, and internet applications.
- Communication: Strong oral and written skills with a focus on customer service.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and meticulous documentation skills.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and implement logical solutions.
- Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as required, possibly for extended durations.
