This is a remote position for candidates in Costa Rica and Colombia.

Note: This role is remote with a US company; applicants must have citizenship or a work permit for Costa Rica or Colombia.

Requirements:

• Experience with Salesforce or similar software, especially in quoting for professional services projects
• Strong problem-solving skills with understanding of API and reporting capabilities
• Effective communication with internal teams (sales, engineering, product, IT)
• Ability to communicate with external stakeholders, from individual contributors to C-level executives
• Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and HTTP requests
• Python experience:
  • Conduct in-depth code reviews for completeness and quality
  • Contribute to development work (approximately 50% project management, 50% development)
