Location: Fully remote - EST Hours

Pay Rate: $55-65/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Must Haves:

• Proven experience in managing complex projects, preferably in distribution center and data center environments.
• Strong understanding of engineering, networking, and business principles.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, particularly Manhattan Active Warehouse.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Plusses:

Day to Day:

Manages the planning, execution, and completion of the West Coast Distribution Center (DC) project and the Data Center project. Acts as the primary point of contact, facilitating communication and collaboration between engineering, networking, and business teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Supports the infrastructure needs associated with the implementation and integration of the Manhattan Active Warehouse management system.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for both the West Coast DC and Data Center projects.
• Coordinate and lead project meetings, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between engineering, networking, and business teams.
• Support the infrastructure needs associated with the implementation and integration of the Manhattan Active Warehouse management system.
• Ensure projects adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Track project progress and performance, reporting on key metrics.
• Manage project documentation and reporting.
