The Opportunity:
This role involves leading ATM project teams to successfully plan, develop, test, and implement projects using PMI methodologies. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of project lifecycle, coordinate resources, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage ATM project implementation lifecycle for multiple initiatives.
  2. Communicate effectively with project teams, management, clients, and vendors.
  3. Define tasks, durations, and dependencies to establish project schedules.
  4. Collaborate with technology leaders to understand interdependencies and resource needs.
  5. Coordinate cross-functional teams, assign responsibilities, and lead meetings.
  6. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
  7. Act as primary liaison with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations.
  8. Resolve conflicts, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as necessary.
  9. Participate in lessons learned and root cause analysis exercises.
  10. Ensure timely communication and documentation of project status.
  11. Facilitate project meetings and client site visits.
  12. Maintain industry knowledge related to payment processing and ATM networks.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of project management experience.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and financial services preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management methodologies, and tools.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary ranges from $67,700 to $86,300, based on experience. We offer competitive wages, health benefits, PTO, 401k, wellness programs, and more.
