The Project Manager is responsible for the accurate and timely management of implementation projects, leading a team including Implementation Specialists, clients, and stakeholders. The role involves participating in all stages of the implementation lifecycle—discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support—and may oversee multiple projects simultaneously. The Project Manager ensures the success and integrity of HCM software implementations and fosters strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

The approximate base salary range for this position is $65,000-$90,000, depending on experience, education, and location.
