About the Role

The Project Manager is responsible for the accurate and timely management of implementation projects, leading a team including Implementation Specialists, clients, and stakeholders. The role involves participating in all stages of the implementation lifecycle—discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support—and may oversee multiple projects simultaneously. The Project Manager ensures the success and integrity of HCM software implementations and fosters strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure projects adhere to the scope outlined in the Client Service Agreement.
  2. Follow established timelines for project completion.
  3. Maintain and update project plans with accurate dates.
  4. Keep all project documentation organized and accessible for quality assurance and information retention.
  5. Manage project deliverables, timelines, progress, and scope, holding the internal team accountable.
  6. Set and manage client expectations, deadlines, and handle escalations.
  7. Lead client meetings and communications effectively.
  8. Provide regular updates on project status, timelines, and proactive issue prevention.
  9. Develop a broad understanding of Wurk's products and services.
  10. Adhere to internal processes, procedures, and SOPs.
  11. Assist customers in implementing Wurk's best practices for a successful rollout.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
  1. Background in business and project management across various types of projects.
  2. 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably in the HCM field.
  3. Project management training and/or certification is preferred.
  4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  6. Experience in customer relationship management.
  7. Strong organizational and collaborative skills.
  8. Leadership qualities and problem-solving aptitude.
  9. Ability to lead and facilitate meetings with stakeholders.
  10. Effective time management skills with a sense of urgency.
  11. Attention to detail.
  12. Ability to multi-task and adapt focus quickly and efficiently.

The approximate base salary range for this position is $65,000-$90,000, depending on experience, education, and location.
