Job summary

Case IQ is seeking an Implementation Lead to drive customer onboarding and deployment of our investigative case management SaaS. You will own the full implementation lifecycle from contract signing through go-live, coordinating configuration, integrations, and data migration to deliver measurable value.

You will serve as the main customer contact, translate requirements into scalable configurations, train users, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Support to refine delivery and ensure

Qualifications

• Experience leading implementation projects and onboarding in a B2B SaaS or enterprise setting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear configuration and integration plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering user training and enablement to drive adoption and success.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from contract signing through go-live and adoption.
• Lead multiple concurrent implementation projects with clear timelines and documentation.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable configuration, integrations, and migration solutions.
• Configure and support integrations (APIs, webhooks, batch data transfers) and oversee data migration processes.
• Develop product and investigative workflow expertise to guide customers toward best practices.
• Deliver engaging user training and enablement to drive long-term value.
• Act as a trusted advisor, identifying risks and opportunities for customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues and improve delivery.
• Provide feedback on product gaps and support testing of new features.
• Analyze implementation performance and customer outcomes to surface improvements.
