Cordance accelerates growth of B2B SaaS companies through acquisition and long-term tactical and financial guidance. Its Campus Kaizen unit provides case management software for K-12 and higher education institutions.

Cordance is looking for a customer-implementation professional to own onboarding, manage data imports and integrations, and work closely with product, engineering, and support teams to ensure successful deployments for customers nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in implementation, onboarding, or customer success.
• Strong project management and SaaS/API familiarity.
