Job summary

ClassWallet, a leading fintech serving public agencies, is hiring a Manager of Implementations to lead and scale the Implementation team, driving fast Time-to-Value for school districts and state agencies. You will mentor Implementation Specialists, refine deployment playbooks, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth transitions, high-quality delivery, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client-facing SaaS implementation, consulting, or account management
• 2+ years of direct people management experience leading technical or onboarding teams
• BA/BS degree required; PMP or Agile/Scrum certification preferred
• CRM and tracking systems proficiency (e.g., HubSpot), Excel data analysis, and Google Suite

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and coach Implementation Specialists and Senior Implementation Specialists to build a high-performance culture
• Own scalable deployment playbooks, workflows, and configuration templates to improve team efficiency and reduce Time-to-Value
• Monitor the implementation lifecycle, identify risks, maintain delivery quality across deployments
• Lead executive escalations to resolve blockers and retain client confidence
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate feedback into product enhancements
• Oversee data integrity in HubSpot and internal tools, report KPIs to Client Success leadership
