Job summary

ClassWallet, a leading fintech serving public agencies in the United States, seeks a Manager of Implementations to lead a team of Implementation Specialists and Senior Specialists. You will drive rollout playbooks, optimize onboarding, and ensure fast Time-to-Value for school districts and state agencies.

The role requires 5+ years in client-facing SaaS implementations with 2+ years in people management, a BA/BS, and PMP/Agile certs are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client-facing SaaS implementation, consulting, or account management
• 2+ years of direct people management experience leading technical or onboarding teams
• BA/BS degree required; PMP or Agile/Scrum certification highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Implementation team and serve as trusted advisors to school districts, state agencies, and foundations
• Own scalable deployment playbooks, workflows, and templates to improve Time-to-Value
• Monitor implementation lifecycle, identify risks, ensure deliverable quality, and report KPIs to leadership
