Job summary

Dealpath is seeking an Implementation Manager to drive post‑sale configuration, collect customer requirements, and analyze processes to optimize implementation efficiency. You will oversee 6–8 implementations, ensuring alignment with product best practices and customer outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product and sales, solving complex issues, and identifying opportunities for account growth in a fast‑growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3–5 years of implementation, customer success, project management, technical consulting, and/or financial analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze customer requirements and configure accounts post‑sale.
• Manage 6–8 implementations, ensuring setup with product and industry best practices.
• Improve existing implementation processes to increase speed, efficiency and satisfaction.
• Identify growth opportunities in accounts.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product and sales to relay feedback and resolve escalations.
