Job summary

Dealpath is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead customer implementations, configure accounts post-sale, and analyze requirements to optimize the process. You will drive best practices, collaborate with product and sales teams, and work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The role emphasizes customer-centric problem-solving, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple implementations with diligence and initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3-5 years of implementation, customer success, project management, technical consulting, and/or financial analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage 6-8 implementations, ensuring customers are set up with product and industry best practices.
• Improve existing implementation processes to increase speed, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Dealpath is looking for a self-motivated Implementation Manager to join our growing team!

As an Implementation Manager you will play a critical role in collecting and analyzing new customer business requirements, configuring Dealpath accounts post-sale, and performing qualitative and quantitative analysis to optimize and improve the implementation process going forward.
