Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Communications or Marketing preferred.
• 5-7 years of work-related experience.
• Experience in leading and motivating teams.
• Skilled in effectively delegating tasks and enabling team members to take ownership.
• Proficient in managing/negotiating conflicts within teams and with stakeholders.
• CAPM certification required within 6 months of hire.
• 1+ years of project management, or related, experience required.
• Project Management Professional Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage implementation scope and risks.
• Lead implementation kickoffs, clearly communicating scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Define roles and responsibilities for team members and ensure accountability for milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align implementation goals and timelines.
• Maintain a risk and issue log, tracking mitigation effectiveness and lessons learned.
• Provide regular updates and status reports to stakeholders and clients.
• Foster stakeholder engagement to reflect requirements in the scope.
• Ensure thorough documentation of scope, timeline, and deliverables.
