Job summary

Purchasing Power, part of PROG Holdings, is hiring an Associate Implementation Manager in Atlanta for a hybrid role. You will oversee onboarding for new clients, coordinate with brokers, TPAs, and internal teams, and ensure accurate configurations and secure data transfers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in employee voluntary benefits, client onboarding, or related operations.
• Experience establishing B2B electronic and manual data transfers.
• Strong project coordination and timeline management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external partners.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding timeline for new clients with standardized processes.
• Communicate milestones, deadlines, and updates to clients, brokers, TPAs, and internal partners.
• Coordinate operational setup of new clients and secure data transfers.
• Partner with fulfillment teams and Account Executives for low-complexity platform changes.
• Gather and translate business and technical requirements for onboarding and ongoing administration.
• Maintain documentation and accurate client configurations throughout onboarding.
• Monitor projects against deadlines and escalate risks.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend internal process improvements.
• Demonstrate ownership from initiation to completion.
