Principal Consultant

The Principal Consultant is a senior leader within the Professional Services consulting team, responsible for driving the design and implementation of the DealCloud platform for complex, enterprise-level clients. This role blends strategic client advisory with advanced solution architecture, data strategy, and platform configuration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or related financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to build trust and deliver strategic value in high-stakes client environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SaaS platforms and data architecture.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills; adept at leading client workshops and internal collaboration.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
• Collaborative mindset with experience supporting team development and cross-functional initiatives.
