Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Manager for the Enterprise Implementation Consultants team to lead high-value, multi-site deployments for our largest customers. You will drive performance, coach engineers, and partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Support, and Customer Success to protect renewals and expansions.

You will foster a culture of customer success, operational excellence, and growth as we scale globally and support flexible remote and on-site work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing a services team for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deployments.
• Experience implementing Enterprise (mid/high touch) SaaS and/or IoT/hardware deployments.
• Experience managing escalations and executive stakeholder relationships on high-value accounts.
• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution.
• Experience with a customer success CRM such as Gainsight and/or PSA tool.

Responsibilities

• Manage team performance and drive results across KPIs and OKRs.
• Own executive-level stakeholder relationships and escalation resolution for at-risk accounts.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Support, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and renewals.
• Coach consultants through complex, multi-site implementations including hardware deployment and API integrations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase automation and efficiency.
• Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, high-performing team.
