Job summary

Air seeks driven, outcome-oriented Engagement Managers to join our client delivery team in Arlington, VA. You will lead Govini projects, set and direct objectives, and manage senior client relationships to deliver value in national security contexts.

The role includes travel up to 50% and collaboration with analysts and implementation teams. You will translate client needs into actionable tasks, architect data-driven solutions, and guide end-to-end project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in client engagement in consulting or SaaS services.
• Subject matter expertise with one of the following: national security strategy and policy, supply chain risk management, industrial base, etc.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business and mission impact to clients.
• Leverage Air analytic capability to develop data-driven solutions.
• Work with sales to understand client problems and scope new work.
• Develop engagement work plans and align teams.
• Lead analytic projects and deployments.
• Manage client engagement with senior-level relationships.
• Ensure high-quality project execution and value delivery.
• Translate client needs into actionable tasks and expand support.
• Drive adoption and persistent use of Air's solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to configure the SaaS platform.
