Coconut is hiring a Monday Implementation Manager to lead client projects, configure workflows, automations, dashboards, and integrations. You will manage 10-20 active accounts, run discovery meetings, and translate client needs into tailored solutions.

This full-time role follows EST business hours, offers a competitive compensation package and signing bonus. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management, implementation, or consulting in a client-facing role.
• Experience managing 10-20 active client accounts and meeting milestones.
• Ability to translate client needs into tailored solutions.
• Experience building workflows, automations, dashboards, and integrations.
• Strong communication with clients; primary point of contact.
• Proactive issue diagnosis and quick resolutions.
• Familiarity with platforms like Zapier is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage 10-20 active client accounts, ensuring milestones are met on time and to high standards.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
• Build and configure custom workflows, automations, dashboards, and integrations to meet client requirements.
• Lead strategy sessions, provide training, oversee governance and permissioning, and deliver ongoing support.
