Qualifications

• 3+ years as an Implementation Manager or similar role.
• 2+ years startup environment experience building processes and teams.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with monday.com.
• Strong problem-solving with multiple projects.
• Business operations knowledge (HR, recruiting, marketing, sales, customer success).
• Excellent internal communication and customer‑oriented personality.
• Experience with Zapier or Make.com is a plus.
• MS Office proficiency; Excel/PowerPoint/Word.

Responsibilities

• Engage 15–25 monday.com clients weekly to understand workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies and reduce silos in client processes.
• Serve as primary client contact and nurture relationships.
• Provide customer service via email, video, and in-person meetings.
• Coach on monday.com basics and advanced features.
• Lead live trainings for groups of 2–50; create training videos.
• Implement integrations and automations to optimize workflows.
• Help clients refine processes for maximum efficiency.
• Identify renewals and upsell opportunities with sales teams.
• Be technically savvy and troubleshoot issues.
• Demonstrate strong time-management for priorities.
