Job summary

Fundingo is seeking an Implementation Manager to join our Delivery team in Kentucky. You own client implementations from kickoff through go-live, serving as the primary onboarding contact and configuring the platform to meet each client's needs.

You manage multiple implementations, run client sessions, and collaborate with the Solutions Consultant on complex requirements to ensure on-time delivery and aligned scope.

FUNDINGO is seeking an Implementation Manager to join our growing Delivery team.

The Implementation Manager owns client implementations day to day, from post-sale kickoff through training and go-live. You are the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, responsible for managing the timeline, scope, risks, and communication while configuring the FUNDINGO platform to meet each client's business needs.

You will manage multiple concurrent implementations, run client working sessions independently, and answer most client questions on your own. You will partner with our Solutions Consultant, who owns solution design for complex or unique requirements, advises on edge cases and best practices, and validates the approach when a project reaches the limits of standard functionality.
