Job summary

BLTN by Multitude Insights is seeking an Implementation Lead in Portland, Oregon, to oversee the onboarding of new agency partners. This role engages in both coordination and execution, and you will ensure that agencies adopt BLTN effectively.

You will be responsible for driving implementations, conducting assessments, and developing materials that enhance customer training and satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in SaaS environments and excellent project management skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or customer success.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with customers.
• Experience in gov-tech or law enforcement environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding and implementation process from kickoff through go-live.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and execution across teams.
• Conduct assessments and develop workflow maps for agencies.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
