Job summary

Odyssey is seeking an Implementation Manager to own deployment outcomes from kick-off through go-live and ongoing contractual lifecycle. You will work closely with government and state partners, and internal teams like Engineering, Product, and Support to ensure successful deployments and measurable value for customers.

You will excel at translating complex plans into actionable steps, guiding customers through technical configurations, integrations, and adoption strategies to secure renewals

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an implementation or customer success role deploying technology products.
• Experience managing long, complex, technical implementation cycles (6+ months).
• Thrives in early-stage SaaS with ambiguity and speed.
• Strong technical acumen for deploying systems and discussing with customers.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer factors impacting deployment and communicate with internal teams.
• Deploy Odyssey to customers and achieve go-live milestones.
• Build partnerships and maintain lines of communication with stakeholders.
• Develop deployment plans with State stakeholders and Odyssey teams.
• Provide technical knowledge and drive deployment of configurations (APIs, webhooks).
• Drive customer growth and adoption, leading to renewal.
• Ensure scalable deployment without reinventing the wheel for every customer.
