Job summary

Firstup seeks a Service Consultant to act as a functional and technical SME, leading customer implementations, configuration, and customization to ensure successful launches. You will coordinate activities with stakeholders and guide onboarding and training to prepare customers for a smooth launch.

As the primary implementation contact, you will manage risks, provide timely support, and ensure data integrity and integrations align with customer workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a tech-related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of client-facing SaaS roles such as Solutions Consultant or Implementation Consultant.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS applications and managing customer implementations from kickoff to launch.
• Strong project management, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple implementations.
• Familiarity with API, authentication, and integration concepts.
• Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA for SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise on the Firstup platform and translate customer needs into implementation plans.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding, configuration, and product customization to align with customer workflows.
• Serve as primary contact during implementation, identifying risks and coordinating resolutions.
• Create and maintain implementation documentation, guides, and training materials.
• Guide customers on product setup, authentication methods, and HRIS integrations.
• Assist with launch readiness, testing, and post-launch support and transition.
