Job summary

Aldoa is seeking an Implementation Manager to guide new clients from contract execution to go-live. You’ll be the lead point of contact for customers, own the relationship end-to-end, and develop fluency in our product, its configurations, and the workflows customers use.

You’ll troubleshoot in real time, map customer processes to our tool, configure settings, and keep implementations moving without waiting for others. This role rewards initiative and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience leading technical software implementations.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new software tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills across departments.
• Creative problem solving and customer empathy.
• Ability to work in U.S. Eastern time zone hours.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation journey for multiple customers.
• Translate business needs into product configurations.
• Master the product's features and underlying configurations.
• Guide onboarding through kickoff calls, trainings, and check-ins.
• Troubleshoot in real time and resolve roadblocks.
• Document and refine implementation playbooks.
• Be the voice of the customer to internal teams.
