The candidate will own software implementations from kickoff to launch, lead client calls, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality launches while upholding exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in implementation/technical support; strong problem-solving and communication.
• Basic HTML/CSS, API familiarity, CRM and ticketing experience.
• Work with top brands and support thousands of gifting experiences annually.

Responsibilities

• Own software implementations from kickoff to launch, managing timelines and deliverables.
• Run client calls and coordinate teams for on-time, high-quality launches.
