Brilliant is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead software implementations for our clients from kickoff to launch. This remote US role collaborates with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Design to translate client needs into actionable plans.

You'll manage timelines, configure solutions, and guide clients through adoption, with hands-on setup and ongoing optimization. Strong communication and technical comfort are essential.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in software implementation, technical customer support, product specialist, business analyst, or similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with analytical thinking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, especially with clients.
• Customer-first mindset with focus on high-quality implementation experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client software implementations from kickoff through launch, as primary execution owner.
• Run implementation calls, set agendas, manage actions, keep projects moving forward.
• Translate client goals into implementation plans, timelines, and configuration decisions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality launches.
• Document client asset requirements, feedback, and revision requests.
