Job summary

Complete Payroll is seeking an Implementation Specialist to service specific clients through all payroll setup steps, ensuring accurate data entry and issue resolution. You will reconcile payroll and accounting data in the payroll software and communicate with clients to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities include organizing client information, entering general ledger data, and implementing time-off formulas, while maintaining quality service and supporting the Transition Service Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree in a business-related field is a plus.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
• PC literacy with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) required; ability to enter alpha and numeric data.
• Payroll knowledge or project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service and support clients through payroll setup and related issues.
• Accurately key and reconcile payroll and accounting information into payroll software.
• Enter general ledger data from chart of accounts.
• Program time-off formulas into payroll software as per policy.
• Maintain ongoing client support and meet deadlines.
