Responsibilities

• Manage the customer implementation of the Relias Platform for multiple solutions.
• Drive internal resources across Relias, including technical, clinical, change management, and account teams.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and contingencies.
• Use tools and best practices to ensure on-time delivery; identify risks and coordinate mitigations.
• Lead project reviews, provide status reports, and keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Build rapport with customers and develop positive relationships.
• Utilize implementation documentation and toolkits; configure products to specifications.
• Provide technical support to customers throughout the implementation.
• Conduct platform training sessions for internal and external customers as required.
• Maintain process documentation and update SharePoint site.
• Act as liaison to other departments as assigned; assist sales support and RFP responses.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Description

The Senior Implementation Consultant is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new and existing customers for the implementation of multiple Relias products and solutions. The customer base will be mid‑market and enterprise healthcare customers with one or more Relias products and solutions. This role will manage customer onboarding from post‑sale to launch and will include the technical set up and configuration of Relias products, and management of the overall project plan.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the customer implementation of the Relias Platform for multiple solutions
• Command and drive internal resources across Relias, including technical, clinical, change management, and account management teams
• Develop detailed project plans, identifying scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and contingency plans
• Utilize tools and project management practices to ensure on‑time delivery and effective communication and collaboration, both internally and externally; identify and manage risks and issues and work with internal teams for mitigation
• Lead project reviews, provide status reports, and ensure project remains on schedule, within scope, and within budget
• Develop and foster positive relationships and build rapport with customers
• Utilize current and best practice implementation documentation and toolkits
• Configure contracted products and solutions to customer specifications
• Provide technical support to customers throughout the duration of the implementation as required
• Conduct platform training sessions in various settings for internal and external customers as required
• Ensure process documentation is developed and maintained
• Ensure department SharePoint site is kept up to date
• Act as liaison to other departments as assigned
• Assist department manager with sales support (demonstrations of solutions to new and existing customers, customer calls, etc.)
• Provide RFP response support
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 years in project management managing customer‑facing projects
• 3 years of implementation experience with SaaS‑based products and solutions
• Experience with project management tools, methodologies, and software
• Ability to effectively manage and nurture client relationships to achieve mutual success
• Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with others toward a common goal, engaging, communicating, and cooperating in an inclusive and productive work environment
• Ability and willingness to take independent action, show proactive behavior, and drive progress without explicit instruction
• Ability to effectively implement, integrate, and optimize artificial intelligence technologies within business processes, selecting and deploying AI systems that drive operational efficiency, enhance decision‑making, and continuously improve through optimization techniques
• Ability to assess information, evaluate options, and make effective choices or judgments in a timely manner through unbiased analysis of situations, weighing potential outcomes, and selecting the most appropriate course of action

• Additional 3 years in project management managing customer‑facing projects
• Additional 3 years of implementation experience with SaaS‑based products and solutions
