Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead customer implementations of a supply chain planning and inventory optimization software platform.

You will work directly with customers to understand planning challenges, configure solutions, and guide implementations from discovery through go-live and optimization, including workshops and training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience with demand planning, demand forecasting, supply planning, replenishment, and/or inventory optimization.
• Strong customer-facing consulting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain software implementations, including discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing/UAT, training, and go-live.
• Analyze customer demand forecasting, inventory, replenishment, and supply planning processes and recommend improvements.
• Translate business requirements into effective software configurations and solutions.
• Lead customer workshops, training sessions, and implementation meetings.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide consultative problem-solving throughout the implementation.
• Monitor solution performance and recommend adjustments to improve forecasting, inventory, and planning outcomes.
• Partner with internal teams and customer stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 + bonus (dependent on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead customer implementations of a supply chain planning and inventory optimization software platform. This position will work directly with customers to understand their planning challenges, configure solutions, and guide implementations from discovery through go-live and ongoing optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end supply chain software implementations, including discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing/UAT, training, and go-live
• Analyze customer demand forecasting, inventory, replenishment, and supply planning processes and recommend improvements
• Translate business requirements into effective software configurations and solutions
• Lead customer workshops, training sessions, and implementation meetings
• Build strong customer relationships and provide consultative problem-solving throughout the implementation

Qualifications:

• Strong customer-facing consulting and problem-solving skills
• SQL experience
• Experience within retail, wholesale/distribution, manufacturing, or CPG preferred
• Experience implementing demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, replenishment, or inventory optimization software preferred
