• Develop and conduct high quality remote or in person training sessions with new and existing clients.
• Assess training needs and customize training agendas to address areas of concern.
• Ensure customers achieve training objectives within set timelines.
• Perform issue identification, escalation, and resolution during implementation.
• Update training materials with new product features.
• Travel nationally to deliver onsite training and go-live support.
• Perform system configurations and customizations with PMs.
• Complete assigned project deliverables and support PMs as needed.
• Document customer feature requests for product development.
• Participate in improving training programs and materials.

Job Overview:Implementation Associates are primarily responsible for delivering all necessary end-user training and supporting implementation projects in close collaboration with senior implementation staff. This role focuses on achieving and maintaining expert-level proficiency on CureMD’s full suite of products and transferring workflow specific knowledge to all end users involved in respective implementation projects.The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communications skills, hands on experience or familiarity with electronic health record systems, strong rapport building abilities, and a true affinity for teaching and training.This is a full-time position based at CureMD's Raleigh, North Carolina office, with a hybrid schedule of four days on-site and one day remote per week.Job Responsibilities:Develop and conduct high quality remote or in person training sessions with new and existing clientsAssess individual and group training needs and effectively customize training agendas and content to target and address areas of concern Ensure that customers achieve training objectives within set timelinesPerform issue identification, escalation, and resolution for issues encountered during the implementation processUpdate training materials to incorporate new product featuresConduct demonstrations to familiarize customers with new product featuresTravel nationally to deliver onsite training and go-live supportPerform system configurations and customizations as needed in collaboration with implementation project managersComplete assigned project deliverables and provide additional support to project managers as neededContinually identify and define operational issues of our clients and best configure the system to remedy such issuesDocument customer feature requests for product developmentActively participate in the improvement of training programs and materialsWho You Are:You're a kind, passionate, and collaborative problem-solver who values the opportunity to think beyond the way things are.
