Job summary

Meadows Behavioral Health is seeking a Virtual Therapist to assess and facilitate care for assigned patients, coordinating discharge planning and case management. You will conduct individual, family, and group psychotherapy and share clinical information with the treatment team.

You will provide on-call coverage as requested and support program development while maintaining thorough documentation in the medical record. Remote work supports flexible collaboration with care teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field.
• Must be independently state licensed to practice.
• Minimum of three years' experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Experience with Trauma, EMDR, or related therapies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate care for assigned patients and participate in discharge planning.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy as scheduled.
• Document therapy sessions in the medical record per program requirements.
• Be an active member of the multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Provide on-call coverage as requested and support program development.
