Job summary

Meadows Behavioral Health is hiring a licensed therapist to assess and treat patients, coordinate discharge planning, and participate in a multidisciplinary team. You will conduct individual, family, and group psychotherapy and may provide specialized therapies such as EMDR or somatic work.

Strong communication, empathy, and collaboration are essential. CPR/First Aid and CPI certification are preferred; two years in behavioral health is desirable. Office-based role in sunny California.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field required and state licensed.
• CPR & First Aid certification; CPI certification preferred.
• Two years of behavioral health field experience preferred.
• Experience with Trauma, Chemical Dependency, Eating Disorders a plus in managed care.
• Experience providing Family Therapy, EMDR, and trauma-focused work is valued.

Responsibilities

• Assess, coordinate, and discharge plan with patients and families.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy according to program.</br>Schedule adherence and documentation in medical record.
• Engage in specialized therapies and participate in program development and improvement.
