The position emphasizes flexible remote work from anywhere in the U.S., with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care and adherence to HIPAA and professional licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
• Current, active and unrestricted license in Montana (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT).
• Ability to maintain a consistent 15–19 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote measurement informed care through evidence-based models of treatment.
• Monitor participant progress, provide follow-up communications and care coordination notes.
• Assist participants with accessing resources and obtaining consent/authorization forms.
• Identify and respond to high-risk participant encounters with safety protocols.
• Participate in regular supervision, trainings, and Town Halls.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and complete annual training.
