Job summary

Optum Behavioral Care is seeking a compassionate licensed behavioral health professional to provide remote services across the United States. This role supports patients with evidence-based therapies, documentation, and care coordination while adhering to HIPAA standards.

The position requires a Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field and an active Montana license (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
• Active, unrestricted license in Montana (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT or state equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote measurement informed care through evidence-based models of treatment.
• Monitor participant progress, coordinate care, and document session notes.
• Assist participants with accessing resources and obtain consent/authorization forms.
• Identify high-risk situations and follow safety protocols.
• Attend supervisor meetings, trainings, and Town Halls.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and annual training requirements.
