Job summary

Meadows Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed therapist to provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy and to participate in comprehensive treatment planning for patients in our behavioral health programs. The therapist will assess care needs, coordinate with family and outpatient providers, and contribute to discharge planning while maintaining patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Behavioral Health or related field required.
• State licensure required or eligible for licensure.
• CPR & First Aid Certified.
• CPI Certification preferred, eligibility required for role.

Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate care for assigned patients.
• Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy.
• Participate in treatment planning and discharge planning.
• Promote therapeutic milieu and daily program schedule.
• Provide on-call coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team.
