Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality synchronous instruction and create asynchronous resources aligned to curriculum.
• Provide Tier 1–3 interventions using MTSS/RTI models and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement accommodations with fidelity.
• Administer and support state assessments, maintain attendance and progress records.
• Engage families, conduct conferences, and support equitable learning opportunities.
