Job summary

Georgia Connections Academy in Duluth, Georgia, seeks certified teachers to deliver high-quality virtual instruction from the Duluth office and a home office within Georgia. Teachers use the Pearson Online Classroom to provide synchronous and asynchronous instruction, engage families, and use data to drive student learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in content area required.
• Georgia teaching certification or eligibility within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with Title I school settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality synchronous instruction.
• Provide differentiated Tier 1 instruction and MTSS/RTI interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement accommodations.
• Use data to diagnose learning needs and plan instruction.
• Maintain knowledge of K–12 curriculum pathways.
