Job summary

Houston Area Women's Center is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full life-cycle recruitment across executive, professional, technical, and non-exempt roles. This role partners closely with hiring managers to coordinate postings, source candidates, and drive a strong candidate experience within a hybrid work model in Houston, Texas.

You will manage ATS activity, conduct pre-screenings, schedule interviews, and support compensation decisions with HR leadership.

Qualifications

• High volume recruitment experience preferred
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with hiring managers
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes

Responsibilities

• Execute full life-cycle recruitment for executive, professional, technical and non-exempt roles.
• Advertise and market job opportunities in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Coordinate job postings and manage candidate pipelines.
• Screen and pre-screen candidates and schedule interviews.
• Collaborate with HR leadership on compensation analysis and offers.
• Ensure pre-boarding and HRIS/HR compliance for new hires.
