Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Illinois (IDFPR).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Collects case history information and integrates information from patients, family, caregivers, teachers, relevant others, and other professionals.
• Conducts assessment procedures for speech and language pathology and uses appropriate materials and instrumentation.
• Develops and implements a setting-appropriate plan of care with measurable goals in collaboration with patients and relevant others.
• Interprets and synthesizes information to develop a treatment plan and recommendations for intervention.
