Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients across all ages. The role requires a Master's degree in a related field and IL licensure. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available. You will collaborate with families and care teams to support communication, feeding, and swallowing goals.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, plan of care development, and ongoing progress documentation in the EMR. BLS is required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Must be a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) per IDFPR.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days per AHA.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across age groups using appropriate assessment tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Coordinate with families, teachers, and other professionals to support communication and swallowing goals.
• Document progress in the therapy EMR and complete daily charging.
