Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients of all ages. The role includes developing and implementing care plans, conducting assessments, and coordinating with pediatric PT/OT as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in IL or eligible for IL licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - AHA.

Responsibilities

• Collects case history information and integrates information from patients, family, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals.
• Conducts assessment procedures for speech and language pathology.
• Develops and implements a setting-appropriate plan of care with measurable goals.
• Interprets information to develop treatment plans and recommendations for intervention.
• Evaluates patients with speech and feeding-related impairments and coordinates with therapy teams.
