Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in Texas. You will assess needs, develop evidence-based interventions, and deliver therapy or supervise assistants to support IEP goals. Collaboration with ARD and communication with families are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active license to practice as an SLP in Texas.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech-language needs through comprehensive assessments to identify required therapies.
• Communicate findings clearly with parents and district personnel.
• Collaborate with ARD committee to design evidence-based interventions.
• Deliver therapy services or supervise assistants to implement IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Support ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for students.
