• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active license to practice as an SLP in Texas.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.
• Bilingual proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech-language needs through comprehensive evaluations.
• Communicate findings to parents and district personnel clearly.
• Develop targeted, evidence-based therapeutic interventions with ARD.
• Provide therapy directly or supervise assistants on IEP goals.
• Maintain detailed progress records and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings and related discussions to advocate for students.
