Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to empower students and schools. You will evaluate needs, communicate findings to families and district staff, and collaborate with the ARD committee to design targeted interventions.

Provide therapy directly or supervise assistants, monitor progress, and help advocate for students’ special education programs. Texas licensure and CCC-SLP are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Texas licensure to practice as an SLP.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required or in hand.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech-language needs and identify therapy requirements for students.
• Communicate findings clearly with parents and district staff.
• Develop evidence-based interventions with ARD team to support student outcomes.
• Deliver therapy or supervise assistants to implement IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for students.
