Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in Texas. Responsibilities include evaluating needs, communicating findings to families and district staff, and developing intervention plans with the ARD committee. Therapies may be delivered directly or supervised via assistants.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven progress monitoring, and advocacy within special education programs. A Texas license and CCC-SLP are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active license to practice as an SLP in Texas
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs with comprehensive speech-language evaluations
• Communicate findings to parents and district personnel
• Develop evidence-based interventions with ARD committee
• Provide therapy or supervise SLP assistants
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions
• Attend ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for students
