Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Texas is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to help students overcome communication challenges within school settings. The role involves evaluating needs, sharing results with families and district staff, and advocating for students' access to education.

You will develop evidence-based interventions with the ARD committee, deliver therapy or supervise assistants, and monitor progress with detailed records to inform ongoing planning.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate comprehensive speech-language needs to identify therapy requirements.
• Communicate evaluation results to parents and district personnel with clarity and compassion.
• Develop evidence-based interventions with the ARD committee to improve student performance and access to education.
• Deliver therapy services or supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants on IEP goals.
• Maintain detailed progress records and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for students’ programs.
