You will collaborate across departments, healthcare providers, community partners, and external agencies to monitor progress, prepare reports, and support leadership with program reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, human services, or related field.
• Relevant experience in program coordination or healthcare administration.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily operations and administrative functions of assigned special programs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor program activities, timelines, and work plans.
• Collaborate with department managers, healthcare providers, staff, and external organizations.
• Maintain accurate program records, reports, correspondence, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor program performance and prepare periodic reports and recommendations for management.
• Assist in developing program policies, procedures, guidelines, and operational protocols.
• Coordinate meetings, training sessions, workshops, and other program-related activities.
• Communicate program updates, requirements, and changes to stakeholders.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to enhance program effectiveness.
