Job summary

Health Connect America is seeking a Program Coordinator to balance direct client services, operational leadership, and team support across the region. You will help ensure programs deliver high-quality care and comply with state and payer requirements.

In this role you will partner with Program Directors, clinicians, families, and partners to coordinate admissions, documentation, training, and budget planning while fostering workforce development and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience with children and/or families.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health, case management, or program operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services and ensure care aligns with treatment plans.
• Coordinate admissions, authorizations, payroll support, and compliance activities.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Contribute to strategic planning and program operations.
• Maintain documentation and liaise with clients, families, and partners.
