Revitalize Community Development Corporation is seeking a Manager of Health Programs to oversee all operational services for Health Programs, including Health Care for All and HRSN Healthy Homes. You will supervise five coordinators, track weekly client contacts and home assessments, and ensure data accuracy across multiple systems.

The role requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and flexibility to adapt to a dynamic nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience in a related industry.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational services/systems of Health Programs.
• Supervise a team of five Healthy Homes coordinators and meet weekly goals.
• Collect and report program data including costs and demographics.
• Work with Hyphen/Kintone databases and coordinate with other staff.
